School systems

Create school system
Provisions the tenant with default channels and emails an activation link to the first admin.
SMTP (outgoing email) …
Used for magic-link sign-in and invites. When unconfigured, links are written to the server log instead.
Object storage …
S3-compatible store for audio archives and icons.
Transcription (xAI STT) …
Live speech-to-text via xAI. When disabled, messages are stored without a transcript. Toggle off for testing without spending API credits.
Translation (auto English) …
Automatically translate non-English transcripts to English and show both to dispatch. Reuses the xAI key above (no separate key). Only effective when transcription is also enabled — there must be a transcript to translate.
Sign in with Google …
Let person users (dispatchers/admins with an email) sign in with their Google account. Sign-in only logs in an existing, active Push-to-Tea user whose verified Google email matches — it never creates accounts.
